Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am trying to create a survey power app from a SharePoint list. Each question has the potential of 3 formats to answer a question , a single choice from Radio selections, a further multiple choice combo box and then a free text input ( See pic below)

I have worked out how the Radio selections update the share point list by setting the "Update field" of the Data card but how can also update the SharePoint list with the others selection / text ? Will i have to set up 3 separate data cards? or can i change the "Update Field"
