I am new to PowerApps, and this may not be the appropriate place to post this question, but I have a file (>150,000 rows) that I am trying to create a SharePoint list so I can access it with PowerApps, but cannot add it due to the row limit. Is there anyway of accessing this file in PowerApps that I can overcome this limit?
What kind of file is it?
Power Apps can't access more than 2,000 rows at a time, so to work with larger data sources you need to use delegable functions to offload the selection of records to the data source itself. Then the data source can return up to 2,000 records for Power Apps to process. SharePoint can handle lists as large as you describe but it can't return all the records at once. It also requires filtering to work with a list that large.
For doing a migration from a file to SharePoint you might want to look for another tool. Power Automate flows can handle more records by using paging, but its still limited based on your license. So that still might not be enough for your 150,000 rows.
