Cannot select specific team with Azure DevOps automation

When creating an automation with Azure DevOps at the receiving end, I can only select:

Organization name > Project name

However, I need to select a specific team within a project, so:

Organization name > Project name > Team name

Anyone know if this is possible?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @elliottdelta,

Can you share a bit more details about what you are trying to automate? Which action are you using and can you share a screenshot of your current setup? That would be useful for troubleshooting/helping out.

Btw, some actions do support team selection, some don't. For example the list iterations does support selection of team names (see screenshot example below).

    Thanks for the reply!

I'm trying to create this automation:

Create AzureDevOps workitem and send email when Microsoft Form is submitted.

However, selecting a specific team within a DevOps project doesn't seem to be possible:

    Hi @elliottdelta,

In the bottom you have a Alles weergeven option. Can you click that to see what other options you have.

Normally the Create a Work Item action should have a area path parameter which you can use for specific teams. Below are the docs on how to set this up:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/organizations/settings/set-area-paths?view=azure-devops&tabs=browser#add-an-area-path
