Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am creating a powerapp around the approval type of custom responses. For example my powerapp starts with a form for the hiring manager which requires the new starters personal email address. Once the hiring manager submits the form it creates a sharepoint list then it triggers to creates an approval (custom response) to email that user whether the user would like a PC or Mac. How can I tie this in to update the form in my sharepoint list with the new starter? Have I overcomplicated this or is there an easier way?
