Hello, I am trying to use PVA Chatbot for the company I work for, the company has about 5000+ people.
Recently when I implemented the Chatbot to Teams and granted access to all of the employees the Power Automate Flow
was having some performance issues due to the amount of people that were using the Chatbot.
I was thinking that if I use multiple flows that has the same configuration and make the topic use the other flow when the traffic is high maybe I could prevent this problem from happening.
I have tried researching how to do such certain configurations but couldn't find any answers to this.
My question is that is it even possible to use multiple Power Automate Flows in one PVA Chatbot Topic?
If I can what could be the perquisites for this configuration?
I've used multiple flows without issue for different purposes (emails/adding images) so I don't think it would be impossible. I don't know the perquisites for this unfortunately outside of trial and error, but I'd say it possibly depends on what you want the Flows to do.
