Remove 2 people off of multi people field and Add multiple people on person field

So i have a large list on SPO. this list has over 5,000 records

I want to create a power flow that looks up a person by email listed in the owner field for example it looks up "JohnDoe@site.com"

for every field that has "johnDoe@site.com" as an owner then i want to remove "person 2" and "person 3" off of the owner delegate as they have moved on to a different department. I also want to keep any existing delegates that may have already been there.

I also want to run a flow that will add "person 3" and "person 4" to the owner delegate and Keep any existing delegates that may have already been there.

How can i do this, i watched quite a few videos and just can't come up with it

I have the same question (0)

I am not sure I fully understand what you want to do. However, I would do this:
    • Make sure the owner, person 2 and person 3 fields in the list are indexed.
    • Create a manually triggered flow and add a Get items action on the list and include a filter query that only returns the items where owner eq 'JohnDoe@site.com'
    • Add an Apply to each in the items returned from the Get items action
    • In the Apply to each, add an Update item action and set the person 2 and person 3 values to the new person.
    • You can use a coalesce expression to check if person 3 and person four are populated, and if not, populate them with whomever you need. You can read about the coalesce expression at Blank, Coalesce, IsBlank, and IsEmpty functions - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
