As mentioned in the subject, the FormID in the output of the form trigger doesn't match the FormID in the input. Therefore, my flow failed at step "Get response details".
After I re-inputed the FormID and saved the change, the flow works fine again.

That's a strange result indeed. One question, just for my curiosity. Why are you including the "Get response details" in a loop? The Power Automate will trigger for each new forum entry so you will always get only one value.
