Extract data from predefined cells in excel and adding to sharepoint list

I have a excel sheet that is used as a form and results are filled in (the same certain fields everytime) and i want to be able to receive a copy of that file, extract the values from the predefined cells, and store the results in a single sharepoint list row, each cell will be mapped to a specific column. Next time a form/file is received, it extracts the predefined cell values and maps to the columns in a new sharepoint list row. is this possible? Does anyone have any advice please?

Thanks 🙂

Most what you want to do is pretty straight forward but in order to extract data from Excel, your data must be in an Excel table.  Is the data already in a table in Excel?

Hi, the data can be in a table yes, for the point of solution, let's say yes. If they are in a table, how do you map the cell values to predefined sharepoint list columns? Thanks for the help so far 🙂

@scodyWF will provide an example ASAP.  It's Thanksgiving so it might be a while 🙂

See my example below.  Don't be confused by the compose action.  You likely won't need it.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi, the problem seems to be I want to automatically do this when a file is emailed in, the file isn't saved somewhere already so it can't connect to the file in the flow, I need to trigger the flow when an email is received, then save it to SharePoint I think to be able to list rows. Is this possible? Thanks for the help.
