Flow sends duplicate emails

Greetings,

I need help with flow. In sharepoint, PM writes the date that triggers the flow.

the application works so that the power app is divided into several smaller applications that are sent via email with a link

I used trigger Conditions @not(empty(triggerBody()?['RequestedEndDate']))

I would like the mail to be sent only once, obviously, the trigger condition is not working properly.

    Inside the Send an Email (V2) connector, are you sending from a different email address? Like a "noreply@org.com" email.

     

    I have a flow set up like this and I see all of the messages it sends twice, but it's because I am seeing both mailboxes, not duplicate emails. Was confusing when I first noticed it!

     

    Otherwise, would you please expand the connectors so I can check the configuration of each?

    The problem is there is no way to clear the RequestedEndDate field once the flow triggers.  So the trigger condition will allow it to re-trigger each time the item is modified after the RequestedEndDate is set.  You'll need to add a field to the metadata to track whether the email was sent or not.  Then set the trigger condition to RequestedEndDate is not empty and EmailSent = false.  Then in the flow when you send the email set EmailSent to true.  The flow will no longer trigger.
