CoE - Error Importing

When I attempt to import the "CenterofExcellenceCoreComponents_4.22_managed.zip" I get the error:

User: 84f8b217-dfba-ee11-a569-000d3a3b9b0d, PrivilegeName: prvImportCustomization, PrivilegeId: 42b6cf1e-9b5a-4e30-9ac9-9d928564190d, Required Depth: Basic, BusinessUnitId: 89e39678-52ac-ee11-a569-000d3a5c4619, MetadataCache Privileges Count: 4351, User Privileges Count: 438

 

What does that mean?

    Hi @IPC_ahaas ,

     

    That means you don't have a security role that includes the required privileges in the target environment to be able to import the solution. 

     

    As per the documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/setup#what-identity-should-i-install-the-coe-starter-kit-with) , you need Power Platform Administrator: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/use-service-admin-role-manage-tenant#power-platform-administrator

    The account I am using to import has the "Power Platform Administrator" Role with a "Power Apps Premium" License.

    Do you also have the System Administrator security role assigned in the target environment?

    In the same place where you can assign security roles, you can view them: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/assign-security-roles

    For my service account, "Basic User" and "System Administrator" are the selected security roles.
