Send Email when Values are not blank

Hi,

I have a flow that has multiple approvals. The last approval is using an editable gallery (email is sent with a deep link "Email-CFO Approval"), and there could be multiple rows per request to approve.

I need the workflow to send an email when the CFO Approval values are not blank anymore. The get items action pulls in the correct number of rows, which in this case is 3. So I need the workflow to look at that all 3 of the rows above have CFO Approval value populated before sending the email.

How do I set this up? I cannot initialize a variable at this point in the workflow. What can I do? The do until does not work the way I have it setup:

    Hi @NPatel12498 ,

If I understand correctly, you want to send an email when none of the values in the CFO column are empty. You can filter for records where CFO is empty in the get items result and send emails when the result of filter is empty.

This is my test for you reference:

    Hi,

To elaborate, I need to wait until the CFO Approval for those 3 rows is not empty anymore. How can I wait until all 3 rows have a response and then continue with the workflow?

    Hi @NPatel12498 ,

You can add a trigger: when an item is created or modified.

When the user modifies the item, the flow is triggered, and the value of the three rows is determined whether none of the values of the three rows is empty, and the next action is run only when it is not empty. It's the equivalent of a waiting process.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
