I have created a flow which sends an email indicating that I am out of my working hours from 5 pm to 8 am, every other week, the problem is that it sends it continuously and does not stop.....
How can I make it send it to all the people who are in copy and only once? Is it possible ?
Thank you very much in advance

    Any ideas to move forward?

I think you're saying that you get stuck in an auto-reply loop where you are sending an autoreply, then someone else OOO sends you back an auto-reply and you get stuck in that loop over and over again, is that right?

If that's the case, you only have a couple of options here:

    1. Use Rights Management to prevent the recipient of your email from being able to reply. This requires an admin to enable the ability, then will require sending the email through the Graph API because the Power Automate Send an Email action does not have any Rights Management attributes OOB.

    2. Uniquely identify your auto-reply (for example, with the words "AUTO REPLY" in the subject) so that when the other person's autoreply sends you a response, you can filter their response out (Subject--Contains--"AUTO REPLY") from your Power Automate flow and not send them another email in response.

... #2 is almost certainly the right approach for you. This post has an example implementation for it...

thanks for your answer but ,

I have tried what you said about putting in the subject (several identifiers, for example automatic reply) but if the recipients of the automatic reply delete that email, it keeps sending them, I thought if there is not a way to identify the initial email with a unique id, compare it and in case it matches not send the reply, is it possible ?

Yes, you can do that too. The email that comes in includes a Conversation Id that is available in Power Automate. the Conversation Id is unique to the 'thread' of emails and persists through any Reply or Reply All actions so you can use that to prevent recursion.

    good morning
I take the id of the conversation and add it to an excel, then below I compare it so it does not send the mail if the id matches but I can not get it to work, where am I going wrong?

    could you help me ?

Well, it is hard to say for sure, but the one thing I would expect is a look over your excel sheet. I am not seeing a ForEach loop at all. I only see you comparing the ConversationId with "Column1". The thing is, if this was really an iterable column , it would be in a loop. So that means you are only comparing ConversationId with a single value, not a list of values.

here is the excel sheet, as you can see it creates different ID but in the flow it always says true or false depending on the comparison3 ( equal or not equal to )  so it never sends the mail.
