How to Add *WEB* text to Attachment file's note?

I'm trying to create Canvas app and my data source is CDS.

In order to upload attachments to CDS is easy, just using Form control and "SubmitForm" it.

But if I want to show those uploaded files to "PowerApps Portal users", I need to add "*WEB* string to the Note's message field but I have no idea how.....
There is no Note message field on Attachment form control.....

    Hi @Sam44 ,

     

    To each entity are you trying to upload the attachments to?

     

    I believe that to add the notes you need to insert them directly through the "Notes" entity.

     

    You have this example on how this is done using PowerAutomate: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/how-to-add-notes-attachment-in-model-driven-app-using-microsoft/td-p/318433 

     

    I would say that you need to add the notes to the correspondent entry in the Notes entity for the entity of the file you just attached.
