Changing data in form from previous page?

Hi all, I'm relatively new to PowerApps and hoping you can assist. I am making an app that allows our managers to have their own page that has data and links that relate to their own operation. I would like managers to fill out a form with compliance info (dates they completed documents and such for tracking purposes). I created a Microsoft list with each store having data. As of now I've made a gallery to sort an individual store, but I really don't want to copy the form page 120 times in case we need to change the questions. I'd like the managers click on a link from their own page and have the next page with the form show what they have submitted (want them to be able to see and edit what they have previously submitted). For example, Store 56 should be able to click on the compliance link and the form on the next page shows their data while Store 102 clicks and it shows their own data. All data is under one list.

Is there a way to change the gallery sorting on the form page when clicking on the compliance button from their own store page? Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks for any guidance!

    Hi @CollinRJ17 ,

It is really a matter of showing the relevant data on the same page - you can also show/hide data cards (if you need to) based on who is logged in. All that is needed in the List record is the manager's email and you can compare it with User().Email. Your question is very broad, so I cannot be more specific than that.
