5hello good morning to all,
I have a problem with my application.
The problem is when I register an image in my gallery, only I can see it.
The other users can't see the image when they want to see it.
this is how my excel spreadsheet looks like.

If I register an incident I can see the photo perfectly but they can not see it and if any of them register the photo they can see it but the other users can not see the photo.
is there any way that other users can upload the picture and I can see it?
the application is an incident report and the auditors are reporting the incidents and I review them every morning.

the excel is in onedrive and at the moment of saving the images a folder is created in onedrive.
this folder is shared for all the users that want to see the pictures... but every time the users upload a picture it creates their own folder in their drive.
