Hi everyone,

I've been reading the docs in order to customize the ribbon options by editing the xml. When I make the edits and import the solution back in my xml edits don't save and none of the changes take place. Has this happened to anyone else?

Do you want to customize a ribbon option within a Model-Driven app form?

If you want to customize a ribbon option within a Model-Driven app form, I think Ribbon Workbench tool could achieve your needs. Please check and see if the following video resource would help in your scenario:

In addition, please also check if you have clicked "Publish All Customizations" button to publish all customizations after you imported your solution (which includes the Ribbon) successfully, then you could see the changes you made to the ribbon.
