How do I refer to a Person value in a list

I have one Sharepoint list with a "Person or Group" field, I'm creating one flow where I would like to use the get items object, using the e-mail to get one register; in the Filter Query I would like to compare the Person.email with one string but I don't know how to reference that email field stored in my "Person or Group" field.

    If you scroll down in your Dynamic content, you will see your People Column DisplayName

    Hi, no, the People column is not there because I'm just trying to get the data from that List, using one Filter, in the Filter, I would like to use something like Person.email eq myVariableUsing a person group property.png
