hey guys,
have a little question, if I created a new enviroment over powerapps with a user that have a per user plan, can a user using Powerapps for office 365 get or change between the existing enviroment and the new one? or does it need a powerapps licence to get to that new enviroment?
If you will assign access to the new environment then they can get access to it. You have to do it from powerapps admin center
