Adding a "Reply to Email" address as a teams channel email address

I have a power flow that when a new teams channel message is added it sends an email V2 to whoever is required.  Works Fine!

I just want to add the reply to email address within V2 to be the teams channel email however it says the email address is not valid or cannot find the email address.  Do I need to add it as an expression? Set up is correct and if the email address is added in outlook it will send.

I just want to have if they click respond, it will automatically add the teams channel rather than relying on them to add it.

Thank you for a super quick response.

I tried you expression, however got the following error message, apologies I'm not the best at this. Just to clarify I want the "reply to" to go to the original teams channel, not the person who posted it in teams.

I tested what you are trying to do and had no issues.

    • How did you get the e-mail address of the Teams' channel? Did you go to the channel, click the three dots and choose Get link to channel? If not, do that to make sure you have the correct e-mail address.
    • If you did the above, did you just paste in what was returned? If so, that will not work. You need to modify what is provided as it will look something like this: Display Name of Channel <a2b4e3d5.mytenant.onmicrosoft.com@emea.teams.ms>. You need to extract just the e-mail address portion: a2b4e3d5.mytenant.onmicrosoft.com@emea.teams.ms
    • When you put this into your Outlook action, did you switch to Advanced mode before putting the e-mail address in the Reply To field? If not, do that as that allows you to paste the e-mail address in without it trying to find the e-mail address in AD. By default, the e-mail addresses of Teams channels are not public in your tenant unless you change the channel's settings of who can send e-mail to it.
