I have been running multiple flow instances with the "Start and wait for an approval" connector. But there is something I have not picked up on yet. What would determine if an approver can complete the the entire approval process in an Outlook 365 email, or if they have to click a button to then go to Power Automate, to then approve or reject a request?
As of recent all of sudden, I'm seeing approval e-mails that require the approver to go to Power Automate to approve. I would prefer that the approval process is "always" done within the email itself. If this is possible, what must I do as a flow developer to guarantee this?
