I am pretty new to powerapps and I have some items in cart gallery(Gallery4) which is stored in a collection(Collection1). Once i submit the cart gallery, i need to assign same unique id(secondary id is also fine) to all the items in that gallery along with the same name(taken from TextInput above the gallery). Please help!

What datasource are you using to save your data? SharePoint, SQL, Excel, Dataverse?

SharePoint automatically assigns a unique ID to each record when it is created. It is metadata but it can be referenced in formulas. Once the data is saved to the SharePoint list, It can be reflected in a gallery as ThisItem.ID along with the name assigned to the record when it is saved from your collection .
