Table permissions

Hi,

 

I am new to power pages.

I am using same table on different web pages, One webpage has just list and another is liquid code fetched using fecthxml and Portal web api.

The table permission act differently on both web pages.

The table permission child of another child.

 

Any pointer are appriciated.

    Can you provide more detail. What is different between the 2 webpages.

     

    can you share a screenshot of what your table permissions are and what issue you are seeing.

    As per JCook's post you will need to provide additional information about your fetchxml and Web API queries and also if you have applied any additional settings to the List (e.g. like setting it to show only records for the current user, or the views you are using including Contact or Account Lookup in their conditions).  

    Note: with the Portals Web API there is a known limitation if querying using OData which is to do with the scope of Table Permissions needing to add additional conditions to the queries being made https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/web-api-overview#known-issues
