Approval email with sharepoint attachments from list item

Hi I using flow together with sharepoint online list. i monitor when item is added in list, sent email for approval with the attachments in the new list item created. this is to allowed approver to seek third party consultantation via forwarding the entire email with the attachments contained. possible?

    Hi @cwk ,

    I have made a test on my side, there is no option for you to add attchments in the 'Start and wait for an approval' caction.

    However you can add the link of the item in the action. Then you can achiveve the item via the link in the appoval email.
