App closing unexpectedly with every use

Hello,

I have created an canvas mobile app to track a users workday. Each day i get reported back that their app crashes unexpectedly, i tried a bunch of different stuff like making sure they have no other apps open in the back ground, make them clear their cash, minimize the data load etc. but they still experience this every day. does anyone know what i can do or how i can find out what causes this app to close so i can get i resolved?

    Hopefully you managed to get this sorted, but I just wanted to point out that these forums are likely not going to help - have you tried on other devices? have you tried the same app but with other accounts? have you tried on different mobile connections - does the user have a solid connection when using the App?

    Ideally you need to raise this with Microsoft support as there's not much we do to investigate:

    Support | Microsoft Power Apps

     

    Or use the company's Microsoft 365 Admin portal to raise a support request
