Filtering a table based on two drop down lists

Hi All-

I am a beginner at power apps and need some help. I have a SharePoint list that I would like to drop down filter column 1 by the same value in column 1 to return the discrete differences in columns 2,3,4,5 and 6. The dropdown lists contain the same values.

My table looks like this:
Package Type Setpoint 1 Setpoint2 Setpoint3 Setpoint4 Setpoint5
12 oz 4pk 2.63 4.23 5.54 12oz 4pk 6.11
12oz 12pk 5 4.62 10 12oz 12pk 8.2
12oz 24pk 7.25 4.62 15.62 12oz 24pk 10.25
12oz 6pk 2.63 4.69 7.75 12oz 6pk 5.76
12oz 6pk Half Flaps 2.63 2.99 7.09 12oz 6pk Half Flaps 6.15
16oz 24pk 7.25 4.62 15.62 16oz 24pk 11.64
16oz 4pk 1.25 5.79 5.54 16oz 4pk 5.62
16oz 6pk 1.25 6.05 7.75 16oz 6pk 6
19.2oz 12pk 2.31 6.13 10.38 19.2oz 12pk 7.63

I've attached the spreadsheet I am currently using. The goal is what I am doing in row 39.  The first dropdown is the current package configuration and the second dropdown is the future package configuration (both column 1). Once selected the gallery would output only the differences between the two package types. Can this be done?

Thanks in advance,

Exactly what do you mean by ". Once selected the gallery would output only the differences between the two package types."

Thank you. I am building this for a piece of equipment that changes settings based on package type. The first dropdown would be the current setup and the second dropdown would be future setup. The filter would only return the actual setpoints that need changed for future setup
