I've had this issue before and it "solved itself". It was a GraphAPI-issue, but I can't see any of it's kind in Service Status. I also reported it but it get's "no issue found" status almost immediately.
The trigger not working is for teams: When a new chat message is added
It's been stable for months, but suddenly stopped triggering a few days ago. It had one single working minute again once yesterday, both for test flow and production.
1. No changes were made when it stopped working, it just stopped.
2. I've restarted the flow
3. I've reset the connections
4. I've made a new simple flow with different connections
5. I've exported and imported the flow
6. I've used several users to try to isolate, but it's not working for any
Anyone got any idea how to fix or if it's some service status I've missed causing the triggers/graphAPI to not work? Our company is using Teamschat to order RPA-services through adaptive cards, so it's a big unfortunate when this happens. Especially when it's the trigger activity.
