I have a flow where a user fills out a form and Power Automate creates a SharePoint item. The form contains two fields where the user needs to specify date and time. Since MS Forms does not have a field type of date/time, they are having to enter this in text, using the following format : 07/01/2021 15:00:00
My flow attempts to handle this by using formatDateTime to convert to ISO 8061 standard, and then put that into the SharePoint fields, which are Date/Time type. It is running OK - no errors, but the times are coming in off by 7 hours. I think it may be converting from UTC to Mountain Time?
But I'm not sure where that is occurring. I checked the outputs in the last run, and they are correct. But when I look at it in Sharepoint, they are wrong.
This is the what the flow variables look like:

And this is what the Input/Outputs from the Create Item connector look like (in a test run - the start date/time I entered was 07/02/2021 12:00:00, the end date/time was entered 07/02/2021 14:00:00)

OUTPUT:

But this is what is showing in the Sharepoint List:

If the Create Item Output for Scheduled Start is showing 2021-07-02 12:00:00, why is the field in SharePoint showing 7/2/2021 5:00 AM ??? The format doesn't bother me too much (not what I'd prefer, but not the end of the world)..but why is the actual time offset so much? I don't see any settings in SharePoint that are related to this, only that the column type is Date and Time, and the format is set to Date & Time (vs Date Only). I don't know where else to look.
