Always run a flow with service account

I used a service account to create a flow which is to create files on SharePoint. This flow will be triggered once the users submit the form on powerapps.

 

The reason why I always want to run this flow with service account is that some users do not have permission to access SharePoint, which means they are not able to create files. 

 

I tried to share the SharePoint connection with my organization like the SQL connection, but SharePoint seems impossible to achieve because of security issues.

    Hi @asdadasdasdasss ,

    To ensure that your flow always runs using a service account, you can update the 'Run only users' settings with a service account connection. If your flow was created using a service account, the connection will be listed under the 'Connection used' drop-down menu.

    To update the settings, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your flow.
    2. Find the 'Run only users' section.
    3. Click on the 'Edit' button.
    4. Update the connection with your service account.
