Model Driven App not showing results in View, only after clicking on refresh button

Hi all,

During this week, two of our apps in two seperate environments stopped showing results in system views. The count of the rows appears but not the records. If we click on the 'refresh' button, only then the results appear.

I should also mention that we have removed many buttons from the ribbon, but I don't think that this is related to the behaviour I described above.

Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?

    Hi @Iro_

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache: Clear your browser cache and refresh the page to see if this resolves the issue.

    2. Check for errors in the developer console: Open the developer console in your browser and look for any errors or warnings that might be related to the issue. This can help you identify any underlying issues that might be causing the problem.

    3. Check the network traffic: Use the network traffic monitoring tools in your browser's developer console to check whether there are any errors or warnings related to the data retrieval for the system views. This can help you identify whether the issue is related to the server or to the client.

    4. Check the filters and search criteria: Check the filters and search criteria that are being used in the system views. Sometimes, incorrect or outdated filters or search criteria can cause the system views to not show any results.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to investigate the issue further. It's also possible that there may be other changes that have been made to the system that are causing the issue, such as changes to the data model or to the server configuration. In this case, it may be necessary to work with your system administrator or Microsoft support to resolve the issue.

    Hi @Jenisha_Dhas

Thank you, there are useful tips. The issue though was "magically" resolved for all environments this morning.
