Hello All,
I am looking to create a flow that will send an email to all the attendees who used the Microsoft bookings tool to reserve a seat for a Teams meeting that allows multiple attendees (10 seats)
I would assume using the "Required attendees" dynamic content from the event itself would work, but it seems like it only recognizes the organizer and no other email addresses that booked.
Currently I have it looking for the upcoming event, then delaying the process till after the event, and then finding the appropriate title of event to then send out the appropriate email to all the customers who signed up for that event with an attachment. Problem is, it only sends to the organizer. I am not sure if it is not able to pull the attendees from the event since it has multiple attendees and the customers emails can only be seen on the bookings calendar event, not on the outlook calendar event. Any help is appreciated!
I also have an email if the flow should fail, which is the last step but does not need any of the other input. I have a screenshot below of one leg of the flow, which is like the others.
