Powerapps form within sharepoint won't save/submit

I made a form within sharepoint for users to submit status updates on different equipment. The form looks good inside powerapps, with no errors, but as soon as I try to save or submit a form from the sharepoint side, I get an "unexpected error". What are some possible issues here?

    I'm having SharePoint patching issues this morning. Wondering if there is a system wide issue going on. Not getting errors thou, just really really slow. Is yours never saving, or just intermittent?
