Newbie here - I have a Training list with columns of data (Title, Due Date, ID, Frequency, Personnel required, etc).  I have a second list called Training Tracker with columns (Completed By, Date Completed, Training Completed, Attachments).  Both of these were created by others.  The individual has a PowerApp Form where they fill out the Date Completed, they select the Training Completed from a dropdown list and save it populates the Tracker.  I would like to take the Training list column Due Date and Frequency and add them to the Tracker as an individual adds their Training Completed.

TIA

    For the list where the training is completed, create your flow on that list with the action When an item is created or modified. Then add a trigger condition that detects when the training has been completed. When the flow the flow triggers, use the Create item action to add the data to your second list.

    You have two options to do it:

    • you can create a power automate with the trigger when an item is created or modified and put a condition on the trigger (just to run when the record is completed);
    • You can have a power automate flow called on power apps form. You can call power automate flows there and you can fill the other list when save the record and it is completed;

    David_MA and sfreitas,

    Thanks for the input.  I will try these ideas.  I was out of pocket so that is why my response was delayed, didn't want you to feel like I was ignoring you.
