Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with Power Automate connecting to JotForms to query the form list.

Power Automate doesn't seem to be able to query their API.

It's accessible via other means (Curl and via Zapier) but it doesn't want to work here.

I can manually enter the form ID in however, this seems to stop the automation's from running automatically whenever a new form submission is received.

Removing/re-adding the account in PA doesn't fix the issue.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Hi,

I just made a post about this as well I've been having the same issue since yesterday morning. I get an error can't activate the /forms api

Jotform responded to a post about this as well saying there isn't an issue with their API that they are aware of but have opened a ticket.

Hi,

Literally just had a reply as i posted the previous message, jotform had an API issue and have fixed this my flows are now showing as correct and pulling through the information

Perfect timing. Heard from JotForms support about 3 hours ago and it's been fixed.
