    Hi @evanscona .

    I have done a bit of bracketing and consolidation in the below, but your original should be Delegable - where are the "blue lines" showing the warning ? You also repeated the date filter

    SortByColumns(
     Filter(
     DaEmp,
     (
     StartsWith(
     Title,
     TextInput101.Text
     ) ||
     StartsWith(
     Review,
     TextInput101.Text
     )
     ) &&
     (
     Len(Dropdown123.Selected.Value) = 0 ||
     Shift = Dropdown123.Selected.Value
     ) &&
     Date >= DatePicker125.SelectedDate &&
     Date <= DatePicker126.SelectedDate &&
     (
     Len(Dropdown124.Selected.Value) = 0 ||
     Placement = Dropdown124.Selected.Value
     )
     ),
     "ID",
     Descending
    )

    @evanscona ,

    I was simply using your code assuming it to be valid values - it appears that Date (not a good name for a field anyway) is not a valid reference.
