Below is my flow design and it was working properly till yesterday and now I am getting a error 502 gateway and after multiple run it fails , but it is creating the library. What is the error cause?

In see for the value of the Description property you are using double quote characters instead of single quote characters. Can you update that and see if that makes a difference?
@AnkitPA 502 bad gateway - means that the failure is temporary or transient, please try to resubmit the flow. If you are still having the issue, please try to recreate the flow to see if it will work.
