    Hi louishui,

    We are currently working on entity extraction scenario in AIBuilder which will help enable the functionality you called out below. Please let me know if you will like to be part of our Private preview of the feature in the coming months

    Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

    Do you design a email template with some placeholders, and then populate these variable with values from your Excel table?

    Please check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:

    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/fr-fr/blog/html-markup-with-dynamic-data/

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/News-Announcements/Using-email-templates-when-sending-emails-with-PowerApps/ba-p/127049

    When you send an email based on the email template for each record in your Excel table, I think the ForAll function may help in your scenario. On your side, you need to type the following formula:

    ForAll(
     'Excel Table',
     Office365.SendEmail(
     ..., // 'Send to' column in your Excel table
     ..., // 'Subject' olumn in your Excel table
     ..., // dynamic body template as mentioned above
     {
     IsHtml: true,
     Importance: Normal
     }
     )
    )

    Please consider take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

    Best regards,

    Hi Kris,

      Thank you for your answering.
    I am a receiver rather need not to design an email template.
    But those email I received are having a same layout. (Just like the first comment I example)
    I need to copy and paste(a lot) those information manually into an Excel worksheet.
    This cost a lot of time.😥

    Your suggestion should solve the part of email sending issue. However, I would also like to use the AI builder to automatically process the email content(Email title, Name, Company name, Phone no., Email address......) into an list in Excel.

    Best regards,
    Louis

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    I don't think that you necessarily need to use AI Builder to do this.  Some string manipulation using Expressions could work.

    I've created a quick example of a Flow for you which does the following...

    • Get the body of an email and put the lines into an array with a Compose action.
    • For each line replace the label text e.g. "Name: " with "" and then you are left with the rest of the text associated with Name

    After that you just need to take the extracted text and put it into Excel.

    Here are some screenshots of an example and I have attached the Power Automate zip file for you to import into your environment if you want to look at the details.

    Hi @HSheild , thank you for your solutions, the general idea of yours is the right way of doing my desire task. I've found the solution and run it for an year now. I would like to share it on a more detail steps. The email content is gernerate from an online form and the form content will send to me, then I would like the form information would auto fill into an Excel table(so that I don't need to copy and paste every field by hand).

    My Flow is : (you could find the screen capture in the bottom)

    1. Flag the email you want to auto fill into Excel.
    2. HTML to text.
    3. Turn Email Body into Plain Text.
    4. Identify each field you would like to input in Excel.
    5. Add a row into a Excel table

    The syntex used for Extract the text/data field you want:

    e.g. The email content you have like below:
    Title: Dr.
    Given Name: XXXXX
    Surname: !@#$
    Email: XXXX@.....

    To extract "Dr. XXXXX !@#$"

    concat(
               first (split (last (split (variables ('EmailBody'), 'Title: ')), 'Given Name')),
               first (split (last (split (variables ('EmailBody'), 'Given Name: ')), 'Surname: ')),
               first (split (last (split (variables ('EmailBody'), 'Surname: ')), 'Email'))
    )
