If condition did not work on on the second time

Hi All,

 

On my first "if" test it's working just fine but after sometime it's doing the "Else" condition - and there's no error. 

Can anyone please help !

    Just tried to replicate it, and ran it 20 times in a row, and it detected english every time.
    What value does %TestLangEnglish% have when it fails?

    Below you can see how I did the test
