No share option available to me in Data Connections

Hi there,

I built a small app recently that has multiple data connections. I shared it with some users in my organization but they are getting a number of errors when they open the app. I am thinking I need to share the data connections I have in the app with them but I cannot see any "share" option in my display. I am going to "Data/Connections" then selecting "more commands". There is no "share" option on that submenu or in the menu bar above the list of data sources.

I am working in my company's OneDrive environment in case that makes a difference. I have attached a picture of the screen I see when I try to "share" the Data Connection. Very frustrating so any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You don't share a data connection, you share the data source that the connection hooks up to. For example, if you are using an Excel table in OneDrive you need to share the file in OneDrive with the other users. Users must have access to the underlying data to use the connections. That's how you share the connection.

Its not just a matter of saving the file. You need to share it with the other users through OneDrive sharing. Once they have shared access to the file they should be able to open and use the app.
