Hi,

I'm translating a form from English to Russian.

I've exported, translated and imported the file and its all working except for one field.

One field simply shows up as '0' on the portal even though the correct translation is set for it in the file. Whatever I do, I can't get it to change from 0.

When I export translations, it shows as 0. I overwrite it, import it but nothing changes. When I export again its back to 0.

Any Ideas?

is this an option set field? or do you mean the display labels?

can you add a few snapshots for example?

Hi @OliverRodrigues

The field itself is a date field but I'm talking about the display name values. Take a look at the screenshot below - this is the XML export of the translations file. Left column is English and right column is Russian translations.

Whenever I put any value in the right column (tried both string and integers), I upload it and the upload succeeds but the value doesn't update. When I export the translations again, it just shows 0. All other fields (including other date fields) works.

I see.. that sounds like a possible product bug

I would recommend opening a Support Ticket with Microsoft so they can investigate

Thanks @OliverRodrigues I opened a ticket for this and then by the time they got back to me it resolved itself. It just started showing the correct value without me doing anything. No idea what happened here.
