You have options and there is no extra cost. Here are the processes:
1) if you are talking about a cloud flow, you can go to your other computer and login at make.powerautomate.com and the flow is already there for you to use on your other computer.
2) if you are talking about a desktop flow, you can copy all desktop actions, save to a note pad file, email it to yourself and then go to your other computer, get your email, copy all the code and paste in a new desktop flow.
