Hi,

We want to replicate the below UI using multi-step form

But currently we are only able to provide just a single button as follows -

Please let me know how we could have multiple buttons for uploading different file types and on upload, to mark some column in the notes table to specify the file type.

    Hi @prathyoo ,

There are 2 ways you can achieve this:

    1. Instead of Attach file functionality you can create a separate File field for each document you need and expose it on the form.

    2. If storing all files as notes fine with you you can hide Attach File button, create 3 custom file type inputs and when files are added to those inputs programmatically add them to OOTB File input.

    Hi @OOlashyn,

    Question regarding 1st approach.
File field will store in dataverse. what if you want to store the files in sharepoint.

    Hi @PaulMatha

If you enable SharePoint integration, then possibly via subgrid. Not sure of multiple files. Other way I can think is to trigger power automate to copy/ move files to the SharePoint doc library.

    Hope it helps.

    hi @PaulMatha ,

As @ragavanrajan pointed out you can enable SharePoint integration and add files via subgrid. However, you would need to add files one by one via add button.

    Hi @OOlashyn , @ragavanrajan
I believe drag and drop multiple file functionality on in SharePoint modal is out of the box, no need for Pcf control.

@prathyoo @ragavanrajan and others on this thread - Has this issue been fully resolved?

I have a very similar need and trying to figure out what is the best way to go...

We use SharePoint as the document repository.  In our end-user-facing Power Pages solution, there is a step in the multi-step form to collect all of the required documents.  This list is a bit dynamic based on the user's responses to other parts of the multi-step form and we would like to provide a separate button with a clear description of what needs to be attached and whether it is required or optional.  And only allow the user to go to the next step after all of the required documents are attached.

With the default SharePoint integration (subgrid with a single Add files button) this requirement cannot be met.  Any pointers are appreciated.
