Hello, guys hope everyone is doing well.

I have a collection and I'm using this code on the label to display the total records

CountRows(colMyCollection)

My problem is the code stopped reading the total records of more than 4,000 so is there any way to display my total collection records with more than 4,000 items?

Hi @Stylead ,

How is your collection created, what is the Data Row Limit you currently have set and what is the original datasource (Dataverse/SharePoint/SQL/other)?

The reason I'm asking is because it seems you are running into delegation issues where not all expected items are in the collection: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/delegation-overview

With( { wLow: Sort( AnaMlaak, ID ), wHigh: Sort( AnaMlaak, ID, SortOrder.Descending ) }, ClearCollect( colMyCollection, wLow, Filter( wHigh, !(ID in wLow.ID) ) ) )

what is the Data Row Limit you currently have set? 2,000
and what is the original data source? SharePoint

If you go back to @WarrenBelz 's blog Practical PowerApps where your formula came from, you will find that it only works for lists up to 4k records m

I remember it, is there any way to solve this? Do I need to change my collection code to be able to read more than 4,000?

@Stylead ,
As @Drrickryp mentioned, this code from my Delegation blog notes the limitation of 4,000. You can collect all records like this, but read this fully and understand the Shadow ID requirement.
