Hello,

We have a Contact page on our PowerApps Portal instance with two links. The links are coded like this:

Call us at <a href="tel:9999999">9999999</a> or send an email to <a href="mailto:sample@email.com">sample@email.com</a>

Two times already we have witnessed the links "losing" their href attributes, without any intervention from our side. The links then look like this:

Call us at <a draggable="true">9999999</a> or send an email to <a draggable="true">sample@email.com</a>

Does anybody know what could be the source of this issue? We have not been able to find some pattern. Any help or comment is appreciated.

    Hi @FilipB

    I have tested this and I can't reproduce the same issue. Could you try the following approaches?

    1. Log in to https://make.powerapps.com/

    2. Choose an appropriate environment

    3. Select your portal > three dots > settings> Administration

    4. Click the checkbox "Enable portal for early upgrade" and press "update"

    Additional: If you see anything with the upgrade portal to the latest version. Please proceed.

    In Portal studio:

    1. In your page > Add one Column section

    2.  In the source code editor between the added div tag place your ahref tag like below

    <div class="row sectionBlockLayout" style="text-align: left; min-height: 100px; padding: 8px; margin: 0px;">
     <div class="container" style="display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap;">
     <div class="col-md-12 columnBlockLayout">Call us at <a href="tel:9999999">9999999</a> or send an email to <a href="mailto:sample@email.com">sample@email.com</a></div>
     </div>

    Press Sync configuration and Browse website

    In the browser press ctrl + F5

    Hope your anchor tag will stay as it is. Good luck.

    Hope it helps.
