Hi all,
A user is getting this error screen when opening an app. This is occuring on every brower we have (IE11 Chrome and Firefox) and in the incognito window in Chrome

Any ideas on what this is and how it can be fixed?

Could you please ask the user to click the 'More' at the bottom left of the page?
There should be detailed information included, such as the Session ID, and the error description.
Please check to see if the App has OnStart property configured with LoadData ( referencce here ), if not, then the issue here should be more specific, and it is recommended to open a support ticket for this (at the bottom of the Support page).
