Hello, I am working to extract a table with data to PAD. However, I am not succeeding. I am working with MS Dynamics and this also contains the table. It is web environment. See the attachment what kind of table it is.

Please let me know and thanks in advance!

Have you tried with the "Extract data from web page" -action?
Open that action in edit and then focus on the browser window. Then with right click select the columns first row you want to be in the data table. Take all the columns first row values you want in the table. Then take the next row and after that it should automatically create the table for you.

I've noticed that business central seem to be much more difficult to automate than Dynamics 365 F&O.

Check this video (time stamp: 9:44 - 16:00) to better understand how the action works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POfK2A8iWAs

    Hi @eetuRobo ,

    Thanks for your response!

Indeed in Business Central it was trickier I notice. I tried it with the “”Extract data from web page“ action”, but unfortunately it always grabs one each time and does not recognize the entire table. It is also the case that the table changes per project number. So the table has different value in it with every run. The columns remain the same though.

Thats how its supposed to work. It will first take just one value but when you take the first row of values by hand and start to take the second one then it will recognize it being a table and auto take the whole table.

Extract data from web page -action is bit different than other UI/browser actions. You don't try to pick one element but multiple and it will create a table or a list from them.

And it is dynamic. So your no need to worry about the values changing in the table as long as the columns keep the same.
