Rating Values in a Form are not copying over correctly to a SharePoint List

When I submit a Form the rating value does not copy over correctly to a SharePoint List. It is giving me the incorrect values.

 

I am not getting any errors in my flows.

 

It did work yesterday, but it has decided to stop working. Not sure why?
