Hi all,
I need to make a flow that will watch when a case is closed and then send out an email to that contact letting them know it was resolved. I have this created in CRM but would like to make the same flow in Power Automate.
My struggle is knowing which field to watch and use in my trigger action. Shown below you can see the start of my flow and below that is the fields (and names in CRM). I think I would need to you the status field but I cant find it in the solution explore.
Any help is good help!
