MS Forms to SharePoint List

I am making a flow to add a line item to a SharePoint list when a MS Form is submitted and am having trouble with one of the columns in SP. I made it a choice column with 4+ choices and followed this other solution entered by @v-LilyW-msft on the forum but am still getting the items entered from forms to SP show like this. I followed the description in the solution that was submitted

I did notice I do not get the options in the 2 photo uploaded in the solution where its marked 'Click it" and the red box

    Hi @PCesarRT26 

    Do you want to record multiple choice Form answers in a SharePoint column?

    Is your 'Subject' column set to allow multiple selections in Sharepoint?

    If your column is set to allow multiple selections, the ‘Switch to input entire array’ icon will appear.
