How to run desktop flow multiple times.

Hi all,

I have developed one cloud+desktop flow to create a new Gmail ID. I am getting the input from smartsheet (i.e first name, last name, mail address, etc). I can provide multiple input rows in the smartsheet to start multiple flows.

But every time, my desktop flow will open chrome>login>and create a mail ID. this consumes a lot of time.

Instead, I want... If I am filling 5 new rows in a smartsheet, the flow has to start and login to the particular web (once) and perform loop action for the 5 different rows and log out once.

Help me to achieve this, I have attached the screenshot of my flow

    Hi @imsureshenzene1,

I'm not familiar with SS triggers, however perhaps you could take different approach:

    1. Convert your flow to scheduled flow, instead of triggered, so it run on every x hour.

    2. Use SS connector to pull content of your table, filter based wheather new account needs to be created (I assume you keep some sort of indicator for each row)

    3. Pass the data pulled from SS to your desktop flow as a table input varaible

    4. In desktop flow use loop through each row in the input table and execute the code

or even better - perhaps, ivestigate if you can ditch the PAD entirely and create new mail ID using API/Gmail connector instead.

Everything mornlo mentioned and one more additional method to just skip the log in process ->

    - Have an if statement with a label in it that skips all the log in code if a certain element is present on screen, e.g. a button / unique text / icon. so that it doesn't have to log in every single time if you're already logged in and on the work screen.
