On mobile or otherwise how do I leave the signal bars, and carrier info etc. visible at the top?

When opening the Power Apps application (or any other app for that matter) you are always given your devices general info at the top. Signal bars, carrier info, time, battery life, etc... When opening a Power App via the Power Apps application this top bar goes away. I realize its screen real estate but what if I want all that to stay? How do I do so. Thanks

    Unfortunately, I don't think this is currently available. The idea was flagged back in Apr-2019 and again in Jun-2020 but there doesn't appear to be any action on this suggestion by MS.
